Whenever you have a question about your cat or dog that’s really bothering you, just pick up the phone and call the Iams Care Line. Our advice line is open to everyone, so you can call us about absolutely anything to do with your pet - however unusual. Unlike some pet advice lines, the Iams Care Line is free. So, you can call us as often as you need to and even ask to speak to the same adviser if you like. We’re here every day from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and we’re looking forward to talking to you soon.

Everyone in the Iams Care Line team owns cats or dogs, so we really do love and understand pets - and know exactly how you feel about yours. In fact, some of our team can’t bear to be separated from their dogs. So, Max, William, James and Bennett all come into the office every day too and listen to our calls from their comfy cushions under our desks!
